Terms & Conditions

  1. This project is promoted by the National Media Museum and MacIntyre Charity.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this project.

  5. We can’t accept responsibility for any entries that are not received by us for whatever reason.
  6. By participating in this project, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed here.
  7. By submitting a photograph to this project, you are confirming that the photograph is your own work and that anyone featured in the photograph has given you permission to enter it into this project.
  8. Any information you provide us with by participating in this project will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read here.
  9. Any photographs submitted to this project will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In participating, you retain the copyright to your images, but permit us to use the photographs to promote the project.
  10. The closing date for this project will be the 11th April 2016, at midnight GMT. After this date, further submission will not be included in the prize draw.
  11. Participation in the project is open internationally, but the Prize Draw will only involve people who can provide a UK postal address.
  12. The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the project and these terms and conditions in any event outside of the promoters’ control. Participants will be notified about any such changes as soon as possible, providing they have given us contact information to get in touch with them.
  13. The promoters are not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition
  14. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
  15. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  16. The winners of any prizes will be chosen at random.
  17. If you win a prize, you will be contacted by email within 28 days of the project ending. If we do not hear back from you within 14 days of sending this email, we reserve the right to withdraw your prize from you and will pick a replacement winner at random.
  18. The promoters will notify the prize-winners about when and where they can collect their prize.
  19. This project is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by WordPress, Juicer, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Rafflecopter.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  21. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. Employees of the National Media Museum, the Macintyre Charity, Polly Braden, Rashmi Becker or Lucy Toms and their family members or anyone else connected with running this project, are allowed to participate in this project, but will not be included in the draw to win any of the prizes offered as part of this project.
